IAMAT Membership Card
The card identifies you as a IAMAT member and entitles you to the fixed IAMAT
rates for the first consultation charged by participating physicians.

IAMAT Directory
The directory of IAMAT physicians guides members to participating physicians, specialists, clinics, and hospitals in 125 countries.
Telephone numbers are included. IAMAT physicians agree to a set payment schedule for a member's first visit. The schedule of fees is as follows (in CDN/US currency):
Office ($80.00), House calls, Hotels, etc. ($100.00), Night calls, Sundays, and local holidays ($120.00).
Referrals, additional consultations, laboratory procedures,
hospitalizations and other medical services are not subject to this fee
schedule. Physicians' professional qualifications have been reviewed in
light of IAMAT standards.
Furthermore, IAMAT
continuously inspects clinics, hospitals, and physicians' offices
around the world to ensure that travellers receive competent medical
care. IAMAT members may access the list of physicians on the Web through Member Services.

IAMAT Traveller Clinical Record
This passport-size record is completed by your doctor before departure.
It covers patient identification, emergency medical data, eyeglass
prescription, diagnostic summary, and immunization record. It also has
special sections for those with diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, or
allergies. The record provides the IAMAT physician with a complete and readily accessible medical history.

IAMAT World Immunization Chart
The chart details information on immunizations for 200 countries and
territories, including for diphteria, viral hepatitis, measles, mumps,
pertussis, plague rabies, rubella, tetanus, typhus, typhoid fever,
yellow fever, and other vaccine-preventable diseases such as Japanese
encephalitis and tick-borne encephalitis. It also provides information
on the geographical areas of risk and preventive measures.

IAMAT World Malaria Risk Chart This pamphlet informs
travllers on malaria risk areas providing detailed information about
malaria risk within a country, transmission patterns, malaria vector
information, and areas where Plasmodium falciparum is resistant to drugs. It also includes guidelines for suppressive medication by country.

How to Protect Yourself Against Malaria
This publications discusses the four human forms of malaria, its
lifecycles in the vector mosquito and in humans. It deals with both
mechanical and pharmaceutical protection in detail. Currently used
anti-malarial drugs are discusses in detail, including side-effects,
contraindications, dosages, and alternative measures to be used for
travellers with drug sensitivities.
